This morning, I checked the latest orders and saw that customers from all over the world had placed numerous orders. I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. Especially for our newly launched LED motorcycle backpack — this stylish bag can change various expressions controlled by a smartphone, and the customers' love for it fills me with joy. 🎒✨
Lily, one of our team members, was in the office processing orders with a radiant smile. She had just received an email from a customer who was excited about an upcoming camping trip and mentioned bringing along this backpack. Hearing such feedback truly satisfies me; moments like this make all our efforts worthwhile. 😊
Customer service has always been a vital aspect of our entrepreneurial journey. Today, another team member, Jack, shared an amusing after-sales story: a customer contacted us through our live chat plugin, Inbox, to thank us for swiftly handling his order. He playfully remarked that he accidentally received two products instead of one due to our error. He called it an "unexpected surprise," which reminded me of the nervousness and uncertainty we felt in the early days of handling orders. 😅
